Soda's thoughts on xQc's GTA RP-Streams

In a recent Twitch clip that quickly made rounds on Reddit's r/LivestreamFail, veteran streamer Chance "Soda" Morris shared his candid thoughts on Félix "xQc" Lengyel's approach to Grand Theft Auto RP streams. While acknowledging xQc's undeniable skill and entertainment value in the role-playing scene, Soda expressed a personal preference for a different style of content.

Soda highlighted that although xQc is "super good at that game" and exceptionally skilled at creating engaging narratives, it's not what he personally seeks as a viewer. He elaborated on his preference for watching "normal people play the game," contrasting it with a perceived "main character syndrome" or a "hyper-focused" drive to generate dramatic content. For Soda, this emphasis on constant high-octane scenarios deviates from the more organic, less scripted RP he enjoys.

Ultimately, Soda emphasized that his opinion doesn't diminish xQc's talent or success; it simply reflects his own taste in viewing experiences. He reiterated that xQc excels at what he does, but the intense, content-driven nature of his GTA RP isn't quite his cup of tea.
